Personal information is being collected under the authority of the Child and Family Services Act (R.S.O. 1990, c. C.11), the Child Care and Early Years Act (S.O. 2014, c. 11, Sched. 1), and will be used by Peel Region and external service providers contracted by Peel Region for the purposes of: assigning referrals to an Inclusion Support agency, who will contact you to arrange for services; and, for improving the planning and delivery of services by way of surveys and questionnaires conducted by Peel Region in its role as service system manager.
